If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have  calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges are only available for size and / or colour of the same design. Kindly indicate the new size or colour you wish to exchange with in your email. If you wish to exchange to a different item, please indicate the new item details. Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and reshipping of the exchanged shoe. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

You can apply for a return with the following reasons:
- I received incomplete product(s)
- I received the wrong product(s)
- I received product(s) with physical damage
You will NOT be able to apply for a return or refund for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
What is your returns policy?
-Exchanges are only available for size and / or colour of the same design. Kindly indicate the new size or colour you wish to exchange with in your email. If you wish to exchange to a different item, please indicate the new item details. Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in its original packaging with returns label still attached can be returned/exchanged.
-Sale and markdown items are also non-returnable and non exchangeable. If you are unsure of the eligibility of returns of your product, please contact our team at [email protected] . We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.

-Please do note that the shipping costs are borne by the customer and we are not liable until item reaches our office. For customs purposes, kindly declare the terms as returns/defect.
Duties and Taxes:
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the customer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.
Regulations and Restrictions:
The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Malaysia) the buyer is responsible for abiding by their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions. If product is seized and destroyed by customs, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product,or shipping refunds.
